2009/2010 OKLAHOMA HOLIDAY CLASSIC PAINT HORSE SHOW

 

The 2009/2010 Oklahoma Holiday Classic, hosted by the Oklahoma Paint Horse Club, will be held on Dec 29-31, 2009 & Jan. 1-3, 2010 at the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds, in Oklahoma City, OK.

               

Vendor space will be available at a cost of $125 for 10 X 10, $185 for a 10 x 15, $250 for a 10 x 20. Trailers will be charged individually on the size of the trailer and selling space. **Please note due to fire marshal regulations – no trailers allowed inside barn – vendor trailers will be outside only).

 

If you would like to apply for a Vendor booth at this show, please complete the attached Vendor’s Contract and return it along with your check payable to the Oklahoma Holiday Classic.

2009/2010 OKLAHOMA HOLIDAY CLASSIC VENDORS CONTRACT

 

This contract will be considered as an agreement between the Oklahoma Paint Horse Club /Oklahoma Holiday Classic and Vendor:___________________________________________   

Show Location: Oklahoma City Fairgrounds, Oklahoma City , OK

Show Dates: Dec. 29-31, 2008 - Jan. 1-3, 2009

    

I agree to set up my booth for the duration of the show and wish to reserve the following booth space:

 

10 x 10 - $125.  _______

10 x 15 - $185.  _______

10 x 20 - $250.  _______

Trailer Space - $200. Reservation Fee (Show Management will determine the actual price of selling space. **Please note due to fire marshal regulations – no trailers allowed inside barn – vendor trailers will be outside only)

Move in Date: Sunday, December 27, 2009 at 8:00 a.m.

**All Vendors must be in place by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 28, 2009.**

Vendors cannot move out until the end of the show: 6 p.m. on Sunday, January 3, 2010
