I.     Enclose three letters of recommendation (one from a teacher, counselor (or pastor), and a character reference is suggested).
J.     Applicant must be a current member of the Oklahoma Paint Horse Club, and meet college eligibility guidelines within the                    year the scholarship is awarded to apply.
