the proceeds of the stallion service will be placed in a general
fund to be dispersed according to the 2007 LAND RUSH FUTURITY RULES,
by the Oklahoma Paint Horse Club.
I understand that
the vet bills, boarding, or any other expenses are to be the
responsibility of the mare owner and at no time Oklahoma Paint Horse
Club be liable for any costs incurred by the mare owner or stallion
owner.
For subscription
of said stallion, I do hereby understand that I will receive one
free slot in the 2009 Land Rush Futurity for a 2009 weanling. (This
slot may only be used for a foal sired by the subscribed stallion).
Stallion must
sell in the auction or a LATE STALLION must be paid up according to
the 2007 LAND RUSH FUTURITY RULES for any of the above stallions get
to be eligible. |
